Which is better, traditional medicine or holistic health? 🤔

People nowadays are trying a lot of ways and techniques to achieve optimum health and well-being. I know people who prefer traditional medicine, while other people go for a holistic approach. It does not mean that one is better than the other.

For some things traditional medicine is the best route, for others problems holistic health is a much better approach. That’s why it is very important to listen to your inner wisdom and incorporate a balance between traditional medicine and a holistic approach.

  • One of the beauties of medicine and healing is everybody has a different philosophy. Everybody has a different belief. And it doesn't make one strategy better than the other and doesn't make one right or the other wrong. 
  • Sometimes we do need to open our hearts to receive what we need to receive. 
  • We do have to have that discernment to trust ourselves on this healing journey. 
  • We don't have to give our power away to anybody. It's teamwork. 
  • Not every client “fits in the book” and when they share their wisdom, they help me to understand who they are and what they need, even if they don't “fit in the book”.  
  • I am not here to heal you. I am here to facilitate you to heal yourself.
