How can you rediscover your purpose and come back to yourself even after a near-death experience? Have you ever felt like you do not belong? Or even that you do not want to be on this Planet? 🤔 Have you ever felt disconnected from your body? These are some of the deep questions that we are going to talk about in this podcast episode. 

Near-death experiences can happen in many transcending forms. It can be through seeing yourself, being surrounded by a bright light, or encountering deceased acquaintances. Then, what? What happens afterward? What are the lessons learned from this kind of experience? I hope to shed some light on this topic to help you, either you experience this yourself, know someone that did, or are just curious about the topic.

In this episode, I am joined by Donna Riley, The Miracles Through Movement Mentor. She is a gifted intuitive movement facilitator, clairvoyant, divine channel, and inner transformation leader. At the age of 12, Donna had a Near-Death Experience and didn't tell anyone for 35 years. Her journey was directed towards finding her real purpose in life - devoting her efforts to understanding “movement” and becoming a truly integrated human being. 

Together, we will share how to find peace and purpose after a near-death experience. We also talked about the importance of self-care and body awareness. These are all vital ways to really connect with yourself. We will give practical tips and information that you can easily apply to your own life!
