Each color has a unique characteristic that can evoke emotions and memories. On the contrary, it can also bring back traumas and trigger aversions. This feeling is very similar to how you react to music – like how calming the sound of water can be or how upbeat music makes you energized. The frequency of each color is recognized by our bodies and can instantly change how our minds and bodies function.
